ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP

OVERVIEW
This workshop is a guided exploration of movement, imagination and embodied awareness inspired by theatre practices. Through music, sensory prompts and creative imagery, participants will be invited to reconnect with their bodies and explore new ways of moving, perceiving and relating to the world around them.
During the session we will explore movement initiated from different parts of the body, discovering how subtle shifts in attention and sensation can transform the way we move and express ourselves. Participants will also be guided through sensory explorations, allowing the body to respond intuitively to these experiences.
Together we will embark on an imagination-based journey, where movement becomes a way of exploring curiosity, presence and connection in a playful and supportive environment.
The workshop lasts 5 hours, including a 30–60 minute break in the middle, allowing time to rest, integrate and connect with others.
All profits from this event will go directly to support SATC, making the session both a creative exploration and a contribution to an important cause.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
This workshop is intended for people who work in a supporting, therapeutic, educational, or caregiving role. It is designed for practitioners who regularly hold space for others and would benefit from time dedicated to their own wellbeing and creative reflection.

My work is rooted in the belief that creativity belongs to everyone — it’s not about performance, but presence. What matters most to me is the journey: a moment of openness, curiosity, and rediscovery through art.
As we grow up, we forget how to play and interact openly and honestly with each other. I strive to make my workshops into a safe space where you can be reminded of both.
