I’ve always lived between two worlds — the world of art and the world of human emotion and connection.

I trained in theatre for five years in Madrid, learning not only how to perform, but how to listen to the body, how to transform emotion into expression, and how creativity can open a door to parts of ourselves we don’t usually access.

When I moved to the UK in 2019, my path naturally evolved into working with children, teaching, creating, leading workshops, and helping others connect with their imagination. Alongside that, my own artistic practice grew — painting, illustrating children’s books, sculpting, ceramics, collage, mask making, movement… all the pieces of me started weaving together.

Over time, something became very clear: adults need spaces to play, explore and express just as much as children do. Maybe even more.

​

So I began designing workshops that blend everything I love — theatre, movement, sensory exploration, clay, storytelling, creativity, and emotional awareness. Not therapy, not performance, but a gentle invitation back to self-expression.
