About the Course

OVERWIEW:

Discover how theatre can transform the way you connect with others.

Through voice, movement, and improvisation, you will explore presence, listening, and expression in a fun, supportive environment.

You’ll learn how to speak with confidence, use your body language consciously, and communicate with authenticity.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

This workshop is for anyone who wants to feel more comfortable and confident expressing themselves — whether in daily life, at work, or on stage. It’s ideal for teachers, creatives, facilitators, or anyone curious about how voice, movement, and presence can transform communication. No performance experience is needed — just a willingness to play, move, and explore how you connect with others.

STRUCTURE:

  1. Warm-up: The workshop begins with confidence-building games and physical warm-ups that help release tension and awaken awareness of posture, breath, and body language.

  2. Voice work: We then move into voice work inspired by the Linklater method (“Find Your True Voice”), learning how to use breath, resonance, and clarity to speak with ease and confidence.

  3. Practice: Through improvisations and short scenes, participants experiment with spontaneity and emotional truth, discovering how to respond honestly in the moment, maintaining a sense of playfulness.

Your Instructor

Clara Vior

My work is rooted in the belief that creativity belongs to everyone — it’s not about performance, but presence. What matters most to me is the journey: a moment of openness, curiosity, and rediscovery through art.
As we grow up, we forget how to play and interact openly and honestly with each other. I strive to make my workshops into a safe space where you can be reminded of both.
